MADE TO ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

The following terms and conditions apply to all online and made to order jewellery products from Sophie’s Sister Fine Jewellery ltd.

 

  1. As with all of our made-to-order pieces there may be slight variations with the setting and stone. Each gemstone and diamond are sourced especially for each piece so small variations may occur.

  2. We strive to ensure that every product on our website  is shown accurately, however, occasionally there may be small variations in colour, size, stone appearances and metal finishes.

  3. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any of our made-to-order pieces of jewellery.

  4. Sophie's Sister Fine Jewellery will repair any manufacturing faults with any of our jewellery products within the first 6 months of purchase.

BESPOKE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

The following terms and conditions apply to all bespoke jewellery commissions from Sophie’s Sister Fine Jewellery ltd.

 

  1. Following our discussion with you, we will prepare and provide a quote that includes a design drawing detailing the type and quality of the metal, and specifications of any stones.

  2. When you're satisfied with the quote and decide to proceed with commissioning us to create your bespoke product(s) (including any loose stones) you can place the order by approving the quote via email and an invoice will be provided in return. 

  3. By confirming your order, you are making an offer to purchase the bespoke product(s) and cover the corresponding posting fees.

  4. We accept payment for the deposit (or, if required, full payment) via a bank transfer (details provided in the invoice).

  5. We will acknowledge your order by sending an "order confirmation email," which will make the agreement legally binding for both you and us. Each order placed will be governed by these terms and will constitute a new, separate contract between you and us.

  6. Once an order for a bespoke product(s) is placed, it cannot be cancelled or any amounts paid refunded. After work has begun on your order, making changes becomes significantly more challenging, and we cannot guarantee that any alterations will be possible. However, we will make every effort to accommodate any design modifications.

  7. Once your order is prepared for dispatch, we will notify you and request any outstanding payment(s). The order will be delivered after we have received and cleared any outstanding payments. You will receive a "dispatch confirmation email" once your order has been sent out for delivery.

  8. We retain ownership of, and exclusive rights to use, all design rights, intellectual property rights, image rights, and copyrights associated with our designs.

  9. By allowing us to feature photos and/or videos of any bespoke or remodelled product(s) designed and created for you, you grant permission for their use on our website, social media profiles, presentations, and other marketing materials to promote Sophie’s Sister Fine Jewellery. For exclusivity on a bespoke or remodelled product, please contact us at hello@sophiessister.co.uk.

  10. We have the right to terminate any agreement between us immediately if you breach any of its terms and conditions or fail to make a payment when it is due.

  11. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any of our bespoke pieces of jewellery.

  12. Sophie's Sister Fine Jewellery will repair any manufacturing faults with any of our jewellery products within the first 6 months of purchase.
